Hey guys. This is Rick Rocker. I don't have a definate bio down for him, but I do know what his powers are. He has some kind of physical condition that makes him really weak without the millions of nanobots that reside in, on, and around him. Without this nano technology, he would surely die. But some kind of events or something,(like I said not sure on bio) cause him to become really athletic and 'fighter-like'.
With his nanobots, he can realease some of them out to rearange like a TV in to maybe like a giant spotlite, or maybe like a bomb or something. He also has that awsome staff that extend (when it's in 'billy club' mode). It could probably also (again haven't fully decided) split into a numchuks. well anyways  drew it from my discriptions, I colored it. |
